Day Eighteen - Psalm 133

Harmony... it's not something we can obtain like anointing oil or the dew from Mount Hermon. It is something we must work toward; it is something that can be earned but also broken. It basically means "to get along with another person." That's really easy when you like the person but can be more of a challenge when you don't like someone. [Of course, we're not called to "like" everyone; we're called to LOVE everyone.] This Psalm reminds us that life can be more pleasant and wonderful if we choose to work on getting along with people. It's not to say that we hate everyone; but you know those select few people who you simply don't get along with. Work on getting along with people because living in harmony can be as refreshing as a morning dew. I suppose at the end of the day, Harmony is simple, but not easy.

Side note: that must've been a TON of oil that Aaron received for it to flow all the way down his head, onto his beard and land on his robe.
