Day TwentyTwo - Psalm 129

Here the Psalmist explains how he's been persecuted his entire life (and his back looks like someone had plowed over it)... but yet, he still writes "God is good." --- what?! Yes, He is good but it's sometimes hard to rest in the "God is good" phrase, especially when it feels like God isn't good. I suppose reminding yourself that He is good can help you get through tough situations. Repeating a phrase like this can instill hope when all hope is lost. The trick, I think, is refusing to let the enemy diminish this phrase by adding the "n't". God is good, even when times aren't because He is bigger than our problems and He loves us.
