Day TwentySix - Psalm 125

Safe and secure... that's what I get from this Psalm. If I trust in God, I am secure. If I hope, I am safe. God doesn't just guard us with a line in the sand or fence or even a stone wall. No, He surrounds us with MOUNTAINS to protect us from evil. Think about it: you can destroy a fence and break through a castle's wall. But tear down a mountain? Good luck. Even if the enemy gets around the mountain, the enemy will NOT destroy us (:1a) and we will endure. We have power over the enemy because God has our back, and front, and left side and right side... just like a mountain should.
