Day Nineteen - Psalm 132

In verses 9-11, the Psalmist prays to the Lord for various things (priests to be clothed in godliness, etc). And then in verses 15-17, God responds with a resounding YES (I will clothe its priests with godliness.) How refreshing to read that God answered with a "yes". There are times in the Bible (specifically in the Psalms) where the Psalmist cries out to God and He doesn't answer/is silent. Or it takes another Psalm or two for God to answer. But here, God is responding within a few verses while increasing David's power. It's just nice to remember that God can answer our prayers quickly.
