Day Thiry3 - Psalm 118

:23 - "This is the day the Lord has made. We will rejoice and be glad in it."

There was a worship song we always used to sing in church/Sunday School: "This is the Day" and it basically repeats theses two sentences from this Psalm. It's pretty catchy considering there isn't much to it. I suppose the simplicity of it allows it to get stuck in ones head... thus, really making this day the Lord has made. The attitude of your day can change simply by singing these two sentences. Repeating it over and over (out loud or in your head) can really make a difference. Try it next time you're feeling down and need a quick pick me up.
